To get the discount you must have 2 consecutive years of national membership: the year prior to, and the year of your master's or doctoral graduation.
A student graduating from a master's or doctoral program in 2010 must have national membership in 2009 and 2010.
A student graduating from a master's or doctoral program in 2011 must have national membership in 2010 and 2011.
- Haven't joined for 2010? *Very Important*
Students graduating from a master's/doctoral program in 2011 must apply for 2010 national membership by August 31, 2010 to qualify for the Conversion discount. Otherwise, after September 1, 2010, 2010 membership can only be obtained by paying for 2010 and 2011 membership in one package.
Students graduating from a master's/doctoral program in 2010 without having NSSLHA membership must apply to ASHA under the Recent Graduate category.
- Already a current NSSLHA member?
Renew your national membership in NSSLHA for 2011 after August 1, 2010 to remain eligible for the Conversion Discount.
