Updating your name, address, and/or degree information is easy:

Update information online using the Online Dues Renewal service (You do not have to renew your dues to update information on your profile.) Access the "Online Dues Renewal" screen and complete the survey to update your name, address, and/or degree information. Changes will post to your NSSLHA and ASHA account in 4- 6 days.

Email changes to the national office. In the subject line of the message type "Address Change", "Name Change" or "Degree Change" as a reference. Then provide:

Your name and NSSLHA Membership Number (if available)

If you are changing your name please type your full name as you would like it to appear on all NSSLHA and ASHA mailings.

If you are changing your address please indicate whether the new location is a Home, School, or Work location.

If you are updating your degree information please provide a degree designator (AuD, BS, BA, MS, MA), the area of study (Aud, CSD, SLP), the expected date of graduation, and the institution name (or university code).

Call the Action Center at 800-498-2071 and update your information with an Action Center Specialist between the hours of 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
