Video Teamwork

I was so excited to see the article, "State Advocates Focus on Reimbursement," written by Angela Foehl and Steve White in the June 17 issue of The ASHA Leader. Thank you for taking the time to educate members about our important work in ASHA's STAR Network. I also wanted to thank you for mentioning Ohio's Web video project, as well as my name. It is nice to be recognized for hard work. With that in mind, I wanted to point out that I was not the sole developer of the video. My colleagues Patricia Fisher and Connie Szymczak did as much work as I did in creating the video. I want to emphasize that teamwork is essential for our professions to accomplish our goals of increasing access to our services through improved insurance coverage and reimbursement. Truly, there is strength in numbers.
