How To Join

When you join, you have two options for membership. Select one of the following:

1. Join as a national member with our easy-to-use online application.
   
   
2. Download the 2012 NSSLHA Membership Application [PDF]. To view an application, you must have Adobe Reader 5.0 or higher. To get Adobe Reader, go to the Adobe website.
   
   2012 Membership Dues $60*
   New member applications received between August 1– December 31, 2011 will receive national membership for the remainder of 2011. National membership benefits will expire December 31, 2012.
   
   NSSLHA will accept applications for the 2013 membership year beginning August 1, 2012. NSSLHA membership benefits for 2013 will expire December 31, 2013.

* Please note that NSSLHA national membership dues are not prorated the cost of membership dues is not adjusted for, or dependent on, the date you've submitted your application. Dues apply to January 1 through December 31 of that membership year.
