NSSLHA Journal Moves Online

Contemporary Issues in Communication Sciences and Disorders (CICSD), the biannual peer-reviewed journal of the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA), will become an online-only, open-access journal in 2010.

Beginning with the Spring 2010 issue, CICSD will appear on the NSSLHA Web site with full-text article access. Current paid subscribers will continue to receive the printed publication until their subscriptions expire.

CICSD is an archival journal that publishes papers pertaining to the processes and disorders of speech, language, and hearing; their diagnosis and treatment; and educational and professional issues in communication sciences and disorders. This environmentally friendly, cost-efficient change increases the availability of the journal, allows it to be placed in more libraries, and increases international use.
